While reading another free ebook I recently downloaded, a question popped into my mind: does anyone use written correspondence anymore?
I don't mean emails - I'm talking actual pen and paper. I still have a pen-pal, although I haven't heard from him in many months now. Do people write in diaries - actual physical diaries, not some digital diary on their phone or computer? I wonder, what will our descendants be able to dig up? While we can "save" all our data to a hard disk, magnetic media has an expiration date - even hard drives sitting in a closet will lose their data after a few decades.
So, do you write in a diary, or write physical letters? Do you keep your letters and cards?
